Assessment Fees
A $100 annual assessment fee is paid by all Lincolnshire Homeowners each spring. All homeowners receive an invoice for the assessment plus information for the LHA Annual Meeting.
Annual Meeting
An annual homeowners association meeting is held each spring. All Lincolnshire Homeowners are encouraged to attend to learn Association accomplishments, goals, volunteers to be a LHA Board member, elect the LHA Board and approve a budget for the fiscal year.
