Dear Lincolnshire Residents,
Effective January 1, 2025 our annual dues will increase from $100.00 to $150.00 annually.
Please note that our annual dues have not increased in over 20-years.
Annual dues are a necessary part of maintaining a community such as Lincolnshire, however costs continue to increase due to various factors. Let’s break down the situation:
- Cost of Operation:
The cost of maintaining a subdivision has risen, and things like cleaning drainage ditches twice yearly, grass mowing, weed control, edging all require ongoing attention, and those expenses can add up quickly.
As our subdivision continues to age we are experiencing various issues that must be addressed such as underground drains, lightening, electrical, and park playground equipment being replaced.
As a community, it is essential to allocate funds appropriately to ensure the well-being of our subdivision, and to maintain it in a manner that we are all accustomed to.
- Tree Replacement:
All of our tree’s in the meridian on Lincolnshire Blvd are dying, and will need to be
replaced according to a well-thought-out 5-year plan which is crucial for maintaining the overall beauty and environmental benefits of our neighborhood.
Lastly, we are all experiencing increases in the cost of daily living, and our beautiful subdivision is no exception as it too is experiencing the same economic reality.
Sincerely,
Kenneth R. Cary
