Important – Please read

The Letters will be mailed out on or before March 15th.

The Dues have to be paid by May 1st.

• The envelope has to be postmarked by May 1st.   NO Later.
• If it is not, they will be sent a 2nd letter telling them that they owe an additional $100.00
• If the money is not received within 2 weeks they will have to pay the additional $100 and a lien will be put on their house.
• They will be responsible for covering the cost of all of the lien fees.  That can be $350-400 dollars.
