Letters will be mailed out on or before April 5th.

Dues payment deadline is May 14th and Envelope must be postmarked by May 14th.

Payments postmarked after May 14th, 2025 will be $150.00 (Plus $100.00 assessment and $100.00 late fee).

Nonpayment after June 15, 2025 may result in an assessment lien on your property, filed with the Sangamon Co. Recorder of Deed.

The Lincolnshire HOA fee to release the lien is $350.00 ($200.00 overdue assessment, $150.00 for legal and filing fees)
